Seattle Magazine ranked the top 98 Neighborhoods in Seattle for 2007.  Based on a range of criteria including Median Home Price, Median Square Footage, Commute Times, Crime Rate WASL Scores, Parks, Household Income and Diversity and uses information from the 2000 Census Bureau data and Northwest Multiple Listing Service data.
