| Jim has been a Realtor in the Seattle Lake Union office of Coldwell Banker Bain Associates since 2001. His communication, determination, technical expertise, attention to detail, and knowledge of the marketplace have been the driving force behind his success. He was ranked in the top 1% of over 125,000 sales associates in the Coldwell Banker network since 2004. In 2006 and 2007 I was the number one selling agent in all of Seattle for Coldwell Banker!
Jim first became a licensed real estate agent in 1979 and has a vast background in alll facets of the business. In 1982 he founded and was the Executive Producer of Real Estate Video, the first cable television locally-based real estate program in Seattle.
Jim spent over 10 years in Japan working at high tech comapnies, such as Texas Instruments and taught computer graphics at universities and colleges. He has a strong technical background and leverage that knowledge to assist my clients with the marketing of their homes and real estate purchases.
